Description
We are currently seeking a Auto Loan Sales to meet individual sales targets set for the Financial Year in line with the Bank’s business direction.
The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):
Meeting allocated funding target
Identify and recruit potential new dealers from area under your care
Develop and manage the relationship of car dealers assigned to you
Develop and manage the relationship with bank branches assigned to you
To Monitor & Guide performance and targets for Team Leaders and Executives so as to company targets are met.
Ensure documentation on all new loans sourced are complete
Provide efficient and prompt service to Dealers and customers at all time
Actively participate in all sales activities
Cooperation and coordination with both external and internal customers
To carry out any other appropriate duties as deemed fit by Management at all times
Adherence to sales compliance company's policy and direction.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
Good interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong initiatives, welcome new challenges & ambitious
Fresh graduates can apply. However, those with sales experience will be an added advantage.
