• taking Reports of Telemarketers Before They Leave for the Day and also Do the Same with Your Reports to Heads.
• undertaking Day to Day Activities of Telecallers and Office Boys with Their Routines.
• undertaking of all Office Stationary, Documents, Collaterals of Site Office.
• collecting and Follow-up of Bills or Invoice Produced By Channel Partners Related to Their Closers for the Respective Project.
• updating Eod’s, Vp Sheet, Vc Sheet, all Leads and Propects Related to Respective Project On Daily Basis.
• putting Up all Requirements Related to Pre-sales By Raising Request in Written Format Via Email or Google Forms.
• attending Weekly Sales Meetings with Both Heads of Departments On Every Monday.
• attending Clients for Project Detailing and Sales.
• training Tele-marketers On Weekly Basis Every Thusday. Meeting Attendance and Acceptance of Every Tele-marketer Should Be Taken On Training Sheet.
• reporting to Heads By Daily Mis Report.
• should Be Aware for Competior Analysis and Current Market News and other Project Rates and also have Complete and Correct Information About Our Project.
