1. Responsible for overall sales of HO and BO.
2. Responsible for appointing the sales team in HO BO as per manpower plan proposed and approved by management.
3. Training and development of sales team and coordinating with sales team on day today affair in coordinating and communicating with concerned BM.
4. Responsible Enquiry generation , prospect development , offer preparation , drawing preparation and getting necessary approvals.
5. Conducting monthly meeting on sales target vs performance with all sales team updating the sales report. And reporting to HO on sales on monthly and weekly reports.
6. Responsible for sales team motivation , welfare, development, support etc.,
7. Responsible for monthly ,weekly review of offer bank, enquiry bank , prospect bank and complied report has to be updated to HO.
8. Target Vs performance appraisal and monthly review has to be done and report has to be sent to HO.
9. After receiving the purchase order the sales teams responsibility to handover the customer to service team with proper introduction . This responsibility of implementation lies on SM.
10. Payment collection and coordination support is on sales team as and when required accounts and service team support can be taken.
11. Customer relationship , site meeting , site visit duly lies on sales team and SM responsible for coordination.
12. Sales team salary , allowance, loans , incentive has to sanctioned by SM. Subject to managements discussion and approval.
13. Appointment, enquiry, discussion meeting etc distribution to sales will be responsible by SM.
14. Job Execution has to coordinated and supervised as and when required by service team.
15. Accounting responsibility for entire sales team has to sanctioned by SM.
