Urgent requirement for Manager - Sales & Business Development for a Pharmaceutical company at Lucknow.
Qualification & Experience: -
1. Should have at least 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/OTC industry
2. Should have worked either in pharmaceutical distribution space or have been in sales-force of any major pharmaceutical/OTC company
3. Should have a good idea of Lucknow pharmaceutical market and a strong existing relationship with Retailers/Chemists.
Job Description – Sales & Business Development Manager
1. Work on business development activities for pharma retail sector in Lucknow and nearby areas
2. Visit market of Lucknow and nearby to on-board retailers using Mobile App and salesman
3. Hire salesman and build team to deliver on retail customer addition
4. Drive sales from the on-boarded retailers by understanding the exact need of the retailers
5. Finding innovative ways to reach the targeted clients and broaden demand funnel in line with Business Plan
6. Structured Reviews of sales team and taking corrective measures to ensure delivery
7. Adhering to Compliance requirement of the organization
8. Develop a Robust & Scalable distribution reach
9. Keep a track on the competition and have critical knowledge about the developments happening in the pharmaceutical distribution space
