DAS WRITING SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for an Experienced Sales Manager / Executive/ Business Development Manager having experience in the B2B Sales & Service Industry for Sector-V, Kolkata Head Office at PS Srijan Corporate Park.
Immediate joiners preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the digital marketing industry.
There will be no field sales. All client interactions will be conducted via telephone or video calls.

JOB ROLE:
1. Meet Monthly and Quarterly New Client Acquisition targets or exceed Sales Volume, Company Revenue and maintain Company AOP.
2. Develop and manage pipelines on ZOHO CRM and focus on a high conversion rate.
3. Find targeted and potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and engage with the client via cold calling.
4. Process the leads and identify decision-makers and initiate the sales process via CRM.
5. Negotiating with the clients and closing the deal. Handling the complete sales life cycle acquisition.
6. Work on generating service queries, and coordinate and follow-up with prospective clients.
7. Assist the Marketing Team in framing and carrying out different marketing campaigns.
8. Arrange Business Meetings and Video Conferences with Content Heads from top-level MNCs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Preferably MBA/PGDM Degree (Sales and Marketing) with Excellent Communication Skills both written and on-Call.
2. Must have 1+ years of experience in Sales (Service Industry, B2B).
3. Must have knowledge of LinkedIn and usage of Sales Navigator.
4. Must have excellent and effective email response writing skills.
5. Should have the ability to work as a team, able to build networks and be a team player.
6. Ability to lead and adapt in an environment of constant change.
