Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should have good knowledge of our product.
He should supervise all Sales Representative and ensure that staffs are working properly in the area which shall be prescribed to them.
THE AREA SHALL BE DIVIDED AMONG TWO SALES MANAGERS (1) PURBA/PASCHIM MEDINIPUR AND JHARGRAM DISTRICTS (2) HOWRAH, KOLKATA AND PARTS OF 24 PARGANA AND HUGLI DISTRICTS (THE AREA MAY BE DIVIDED BETWEEN THREE CANDIDATES).
He should help sales executive to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert.
He should assist sales executive to develop new dealers, direct consumers and meet business development target by personally visiting customers regularly.
He should have the thrive for sales and improve the sales of factory and make arrangements so that the relation with customers never deteriorates.
He should regularly follow up customers for sales and maintain good relation with Customers after sales.
Liaison independently with Offices and Officers of Government Offices, Corporate Clients and Big Consumers and maintain good relation with them and generate leads. Should also do all the documentation required and liaison with the above customers, so as to impanel our company with them.
He should also Liaison and do correspondence with Statutory departments of Company and keep updated and renew all the license and Certificates of the Company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in Sales/BDE field.
Should have Motor Cycle and Smart Phone
Excellent English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written.
Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion.
CANDIDATE HAVING EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL MATERIALS BRICKS, PAVERS, CEMENT, TMT BARS, REAL ESTATE, ETC SHALL BE GIVEN FIRST PREFERENCE.
