Lead generation, - Ensure sales & tele marketing team are well trained & knowledgeable.

Follow up on all leads regularly for clients who cannot visit the club, visit them at their place if required give them the club details and invite them to visit the club.

Generating new strategies & implementation for sales & promotion of membership & executing it
