handle Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, Corporate Sales in Real Estate

coordinate Daily Customer Service Operations

track the Progress of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Objectives

coach and Support New and Existing Sales Associates

suggest Sales Training Programs and Techniques

communicate with Clients and Evaluate Their Needs

analyze Consumer Behavior and Adjust Product Positioning

handle Complaints from Customers

create Reports, Analyze and Interpret Data, like Revenues, Expenses and Competition

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

proven Experience as a Sales Executive or Relevant Role

hands-on Experience with Crm Software is a Plus

thorough Understanding of Marketing and Negotiating Techniques
