1. Achieving sales coverage & growth by appointing distributors, increasing retail coverage through strong secondary sales

2. Working & executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets

3. Ensuring distributors are servicing the market as per identified targets

4. Ensuring timely collection of funds from distributors

5. Candidate from Dairy, Food & Beverage Industry from Chhattisgarh region experience PREFERRED

1. Should have strong work experience in FMCG secondary sales

2. Should have worked on achieving volume growth in a new area/city and worked on establishing new brand in FMCG segment

3. Should be hands on in working in the market with distributors, building a retail network
