Job Description:-

• Cold call and visit prospects on location

• Regularly Set appointments with HOD /administrators/ distributors/ doctors, hospitals and institutions

• Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory

• Build relationships with administrations/ distributors/ purchase departments

• Provide product demonstrations and support

• Place replenishment orders at existing accounts

• Sales Mgr shall be responsible for revenue targets.

• Maximize profits by up-selling and cross-selling additional products

• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience

• Giving valuable inputs to Manager in planning of a customized annual

• Identify competitive opportunities within the market and advice decisively to Sales and Marketing

• Ensure effective planning of field travel

• Responsible to set-up surveys with key customers leveraging their feedback for effective sales

strategy and/or innovation

• Review and support day to day activities of Executive-Sales Operation

Work with the Sales and Marketing team in preparing monthly forecasting, sales planning,

and other initiatives demanding field and customer input.
