Looking forward for sales manager for mall, who can handle clients, understand their requirements and propose the best suited Investment options within the project.

Person Should be self starter, Highly Motivated, Growth Oriented & Sales Target Driven.

Sales Professional from Commercial Real Estate Industry are preferred.

Sourcing of Client through direct marketing and Channel Partner/Broker Network

Identify and handle clients leads and develop a client base funnel to achieve sales.

Managing clients and maintaining healthy relationships during the client life cycle.

Conducting meetings with prospects and site visits.

Conducting competitor analysis.

Guiding the Client, Negotiations and Closing Sales of the Defined Project.

Generating Reference Sales from the Clients.
