Job Description:
As a Jewellery Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and drive sales activities within the jewellery retail setting. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve a combination of sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase sales.
2. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
- Set sales targets for the team, monitor individual and team performance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
3. Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently, maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, attending to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
4. Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper product assortment, and effective stock replenishment.
