Your Opportunity
Sales manager giving training, influential guidance to the partners. It is not a direct sale position. Managers need to develop strategic influenced relationships with key partners.
About You
In this role you will be accountable for creating value through driving developing strategic influenced relationships with key partners and consumers. Your deep communication knowledge, influence and ability to develop strategic relationships will be key to your success in this role. Develop effective long-term relationships with partners. Take feedback and train them as necessary. Communicate regularly and effectively with partners to seek inputs for product and service improvement and resolve day-to-day operational questions/issues. Deliver on key targets. Leads will be provided. Clear doubts of all the partners and consumers.
Free of work including time and day. We believe in getting target, not in the process, place or position.
Few day traveling required throughout Assam.
Age criteria-Upto 37 only
Mandatory-Excellent Comm Skills.
Own a laptop is mandatory, Immediate Joiner Required
Interview Process-Telephonic + physical Selection
Preferred language: Assamese (must have), Hindi and English
Freshers are also welcomed.
Experience: Total work: 5 year (Preferred)
WORK FROM HOME OPTION ALSO AVAILABLE WITH US. COMING TO OFFICE IS NOT NECESSARY.
