Job Description

· Responsible for sales Marketing of company among builders.

· To Deal develop the relations with the builder, and convince them to specify their

· needed products.

· Actively participating in product development planning of marketing strategies & system.

· Support and coordinate with whole Channel and Distribution process.

· Maintaining and managing account of the builders and also responsible for payment

· collection.

· Time to Time Settlement of builder Claims & Issues.

· Visit Architects & Builders for relation development.

· Activity Planning at Architect and Builders as a part of promotion

· Project Dealing & tracking the upcoming projects around the assigned area.

· Formulating & implementing strategies related to our products through

· Institutional sales.

· Need to travel locally to generate the business from the builders.

· Compiling & maintaining list of Tier- I, II & III builders.
