Key Responsibility Area
Develop regional footprint for Agri commodities (Sales and Procurement)
Managing entire bulk of understand staples commodity such as Rice, Maida, Suji, Sugar, Pulses, Flour, Edible oil etc.
Prepare Sales plan and sales targets based on the potential of the market
Ensure Sales plan achievement in all the territories of the region based on market potential and sales achievements of sales team and trade and ensure that profit margins/targets are achieved.
Planning and supervision of Agri commodity Business to Business sales.
Promotion planning to boost sales and attain the required margin
Responsible for building vendor base, onboarding new vendors
Create and ensure achievement of long-term growth plan for the region by understanding market segmentation product fitment.
Personal profiling
6+ years of experience in reputed Agri commodity company.
Strong knowledge of local traders and good relationship.
Highly self motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills.
