 Manage day-today affairs at the office including handling walk-in clients

 Reach out to new customers and explain the services offered by the company

 Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations

based on customer needs

 Capture insights from customer interactions and share it with the team

 Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and

sales, making sure the team does the same

 Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition

 Train and lead a team of junior sales tele callers in the above listed areas

 Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics

Desired Candidate Skills

 Excellent communication skills, Fluency in English and Hindi is required

 Willingness to take initiative

 Empathy, respect and honesty towards clients and the team

 Self-driven, ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills

 Telephone etiquette and persuasion skills
