Job Description

Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales target through new clients.

Business Development

Key Skills:

• Minimum 7-9 years of customer facing/ Client Acquisition Experience.

• Has worked in a company that sells Home Loan/Business Loan through Departments of businesses.

• Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plan.

• Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client identified in course of strategy.

• Build & Manage sales team’s performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets

• Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry

• Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors’ data, their offerings and pricing strategies

Qualification:

Any Graduate or Post Graduate
