Key Skills:

Minimum 7-9 years of customer facing/ Client Acquisition Experience.

Has worked in a company that sells Home Loan/Business Loan through Departments of businesses.

Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plan.

Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client identified in course of strategy.

Build & Manage sales teams performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets

Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry

Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors data, their offerings and pricing strategies
