Job Position: GM (SAAS) Sales
Job Location: Kolkata
Annual CTC: 15 – 20 Lac
Job Profile:
ï‚· Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or
subscription based product
ï‚· Considerable experience in building & converting leads and selling software products in
Government Departments
ï‚· Preferred candidates with State Government level contacts in:
o Revenue - Sales Tax Department
o Food & Supplies Department (especially State Warehouses)
 Also Preferred candidates with contacts in Shipping Industry – especially Chartering of
Ships, Operations, Finance etc.)
ï‚· Total Software Sales experience of at least 10 + years.
ï‚· Should have handled software sales worth 10 - 15 Crores per annum for the last 4 years
ï‚· Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
ï‚· Leading Sales Team & achieving set targets
ï‚· Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
ï‚· Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
ï‚· Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
ï‚· Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
ï‚· Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data
and other sources for sales leads
ï‚· Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the
end users and channels
Job Requirement:
 Bachelor's / Master’s degree in marketing, business or related field
ï‚· Understanding of market and marketing strategies of software products
ï‚· Considerable experience in building & converting leads and selling software products
ï‚· SAAS Sales experience of at least 10+ years, total experience 15 + years preferred
ï‚· Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based
product in Domestic / International Market
