ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual
coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior
representatives.
Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying
sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting
training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily
available; integrating support with routine job functions.
Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Support smooth On-boarding of new employees; Deliver scheduled training programs to Monitor on-
boarding process.
Conduct a thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) and report training needs and an action plan for your
sales unit. Design assessments for training sessions, conduct assessments to bridge the gaps identified.
Training logistics; Schedule training sessions; Ensure training materials are available for smooth
conduction; Publish sharp, accurate and timely reports; Monitor training effectiveness; Monitor trainee
development and result; Take initiatives.
Feedbacks; Give timely feedback to stake holders for content development; Analyze participants feedback
and work to improve;
New Hire Training - Plan New Hire Training, monitor performance of the batch, coordinate with stake
holders to complete certification process, handover batch within timelines.
