Sales Manager to BDM/ (Agency Sales)

Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants

Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors

Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity

Groom Advisors for next level of partnership at BALIC.

Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis

Driving various competitions and club memberships

Be financial planner to your customers assisting them in taking wise investment decisions for meeting their Lifes Goals.
