Required Skills / Qualifications:
• Successful track record of over 5 years of superlative performance with capability to change the design of Software Sales experience working with mid to large sized organisations
o Preferred verticals where sales is done (any 3) : BFSI, Manufacturing, Services, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality
• Should have experience in creating, managing Partners & Direct Customers.
• Should be a self-starter who can strategize, build and deliver results.
• Techno-Commercial person
• Should have work experience & good connections in assigned geographies.
• Should use his existing Accounts & New Accounts to bring in business
• Product Sales is Primary Focus and Services is secondary.
• Strong presence in Social Media like LinkedIn etc.
• Customer Account Management and mining of Existing Customers
• Minimum last 3 Years on selling of Any of the below software domains:
o APreferred verticals where sales is done (any 3) : BFSI, Manufacturing, Services, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality.
Skills / Qualifications:
• Should be able to independently give Commercial product demo [first level] to the clients
• Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
• Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
