Responsibilities and Duties

• Making calls with the executives on field and help they closed the deals Or Educate to fresher.

• To Handel a team of BDE responsible for revenue generation for the company.

• Will be responsible to lead & guide the team Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the Team.

• Research and build relationships with new clients.

• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals.

• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets

• Proven ability in achieving/exceeding targets, opening new and profitable product/services markets.
