Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage all your opportunities while managing a sales pipeline to achieve targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Identifying new sales opportunities, pitching products/services to clients and effectively working with them to bring in additional revenue.

The Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive plays a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business and creates goals that comply with the attainment of the businesss overall objectives and strives to meet and exceed these goals.

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

The Executives also have a duty to represent the business beyond the sales department and participate in trade shows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and events on behalf of the business.
