Interacting with assigned leads/clients to understand their property requirement in detail via Phone
Fix up an Face to Face meeting for better understanding of client requirement and To advise suitable options
Maintain and develop relationships with new & existing customers in person and via telephone calls, chat and emails
Lineup site inspection/visits for shortlisted/suitable options as advised on Face to Face meeting
Maintain good relationship with Developer employees to ensure the client get the proper info like Features, Specifications, Pricing and Availability at the time of site visit
Should have quality to engage and build strong relationship with customers from the enquiry to property registration
Get updated about exciting & upcoming projects, industry developments, schemes, govt. subsidies, housing loan benefits for home buyers
Prepare and Maintain on Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports in the shared formats
Achieving Sales targets and Adhere organization policies religiously
Maintains quality service for clients and Developers by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Identify new projects/inventory to add on exciting inventory
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills, Qualification & Experience:-
Excellent Communication and Good Negotiation Skills
Any Degree/Diploma
Min. One year Sales/Marketing experience in any industry.
Two wheeler is required
Candidate should able to do field work
Monday will be week off
Salary is depends on interview performance and current CTC
