Job Description

1. Hitting monthly sales and collection targets

2. Allocating leads and setting individual sales targets with the team

3. Hiring, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and follow correct sales practices

4. Developing and executing sales strategies

5. Developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners and existing customers and generating business out of them

6. Providing correct and detailed information to customers on price, offer, and specifications of unit/project

7. Responding to all inquiries received and regularly follow up with them

8. Feeding inquiries into CRM software and updating it as per follow up

9. Resolving customer queries by coordinating with all backend teams like CRM, Legal, and Accounts

10. Gathering market and competitor information on the product, price, etc.

11. Conducting outdoor promotional activities like participating in trade fairs, canopy installation, etc

Mandatory Requirement

1. Should have his/her own conveyance
