Job Description (manager):

• Should have good knowledge of IT

• Managing the team of insides sales executives, motivating and guiding the team to perform and achieve their individual and team targets.

• Assisting the executives, where necessary with their respective leads

• Conducting reviews with teams, monitoring and tracking performance

• They will also be generating leads as part of their KRAs
