Job Description

Managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service

Develop new markets and appoint direct dealers/Distributors/Architects/ Specifics/Builders & Construction

Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Generating sales leads and following up on potential sales opportunities

Providing training and coaching to the sales team

Coordinating sales promotions and events

Managing the sales department budget and expenses

Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners and suppliers

Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activity

Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals

Reviewing and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed

Recruiting, hiring and managing sales team

Timings-9:30 AM to 6:15 PM
