1) Sales Manager - Salary Package -12 lakhs Per Annum
Candidates with prior Experience in Food Processing Industry and having knowledge about : Karnataka,Tamilnadu, Andhrapradesh and Telangana market will be Preferred
Responsibilities And Duties:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in New Market. (Food Processing/QSR segment-Ventilation Product)
Deep understanding of Sales & be able to build the right plans from Concept to execution.
Fulfil Sales Target Set by The Company on Yearly Basis.
Track and report all Sales activities.
Sale Forecasting for the Territory on a Monthly /annual level.
Ensure highest levels of customer satisfactions.
Negotiating, closing orders and preparing quotes.
Evaluate as well as approves design changes drawing in prior of release to production.
Regular Sales Force update and Monthly progress report to Country Manager.
Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
Required Skills:-
Capital Goods selling experience in FoodProcessing Industry.
Strong Sales Background in the past.
Good Negotiation Skills.
Closely worked in Foodprocessing or from Foodprocessing Industry (Facility Head)
Auto-cad General Knowledge would be an added advantage.
Time management and able to Work Independently.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Good verbal communicator and presenter
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Qualifications & Experience:-
10-12 years experience/Product Sales(FoodProcessing industry)
Minimum Bachelor Degree (Food processing background)
