Company - HDFC Life (Full time on-roll job with HDFC Life)

[Employee Strength - +, Total Branches: 400+, Number of Cities/ towns: 2464+]

Positions -

1. Relationship Manager (RM) / Direct Sales Manager (DSM) / Finance Planning Manager (FPM)

2. CAM / Sr CAM (Banca Sales)

3. Business Development Manager (BDM)

Work location - Bangalore (Multiple branches across City) and all branches across Karnataka

Note: Openings are there across India, for all branches.

Job role -

• Selling Insurance products of HDFC Life, as per channel strategy (Direct, Banca, Agency).

• Meeting prospective customer in assigned geography and sell insurance solutions that cater to their financial needs.

Note - HDFC will provide intensive training, after joining, as part of employment.

Criteria -

Must be Graduate / PG (Graduation is mandatory)

Must have 1 - 10 yrs of full time work experience, preferably in any sales / marketing / customer support / tele-calling / BPO / business development / any relevant experience.

For Banca Sales and higher positions / higher salary, experience in Insurance Sales is mandatory

Age must be between 21 to 38 yrs.

Females and males - both preferred.

Must have own 2-wheeler (mandatory)

Must be able to join immediately or max within 15 days after getting offer.

Must have all relevant documents (like, PAN, Aadhar, Educational & Employment documents)

Salary – LPA to LPA + Huge Incentives + Fast Track Growth* (salary in Bangalore)

*Salary hike and Promotion after every 6 months
