Job description
Drive business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients. Closely keep an eye on competitor Market. Should have a strong relation with Contractors, Architects, PMCs Builders ,Real Estate companies and Clients.
Required Candidate profile
Should have experience with all category of consultants, like Project Management Consultants, Architects, Interior designers, HNI clients, government organisations, and corporates. Ideal candidate should have handled high volume commercial interior business. The ideal candidate should be able to cater to the existing clients and bring in new clients. The current percentage of repeat customer is about 90% and ideal candidate should be able to maintain the current percentage and make required strategies to increase it. He/she also should be able to make the required presentation for developing the market and achieve atleast 90% of what is presented.
Prospect new markets and identify new projects across pan India
Should be able to manage a team of 3-4 members, and set required targets and support in achieving the same.
Qualifications: Graduate or MBA in marketing with minimum 8-10 years in handling commercial interior projects of high value. Should be able to read the commercial design layouts in 2D and 3D formats.
Candidates should be only from the commercial interior fit out background and not from Residential project back ground.
