❖ Acquire new institutional customers through purchase department (B2B)
❖ Identified and developed prospective clients/ channel partners while analyzing their requirements and rendering the various aspects of the business.
❖ Plan & conceptualize various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability.
❖ Responsible for cold calling, meeting prospective clients / building business relationships
❖ Designing & execution of marketing activities to increase category revenues & awareness
❖ Accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes, prices and profit margin and managing sales orders for institutional, online and retail sales
❖ On boarding and maintaining relationships with various Hospitals in the allocated territory, Purchase Managers, Dispensing Doctors, to ensure seamless transactions, and satisfactory customer service.
❖ Identify the growth areas and new business scope within the existing category
❖ Constantly track competitor activity within the area and suggest ways and means to deal with the same and achieve monthly targets
❖ Coordinate with outbound logistics person at the Company for ensuring stock availability as per the sales plan
❖ Building relationships with the Purchase managers / Purchase incharge / Head of purchase
❖ Interact regularly with key customers for quality feedback and strengthening the existing
relationship.
