Roles and Responsibilities
1. Meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales targets.
2. Target and achieve targeted projects a month, by ensuring new project bookings.
3. Training designers to ensure sales enabling them to achieve their targets.
4. Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
5. Developing growth strategies and plans
6. Managing client relationship of existing clients to support repeat business.
7. Managing Multiple Project Operations
8. Giving Presentations about our company & the services given by us. Building a rapport with the clients and getting Sales.
9. Constantly monitor & report on progress of projects
10. Evaluating new opportunities to ensure design / project resources focus on the best opportunities.
11. Forecast monthly / quarterly / annual revenues in coordination with the design team and ensure they are met.
Driving pitch presentations with clients together with design / projects team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Architecture, rior Design or any related field
1. Extremely high level of ownership around targets.
2. Strong in multi-tasking managing complex Ops structures.
3. Strong in Sales & Business Development .
4. Excellent commercial understanding and awareness
5. Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
6. Strong leadership and people skills.
7. Commitment to excellence and high standards
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Candidate should be into B2C Selling.
