Job Description:-

Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to achieving and setting targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are often times expected to travel.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

 Experience with e-commerce product highly appreciated.

 Sales with IT related product having highly recommendation.

 Candidate should have own vehicle, tab or laptop.

 Identifying the customer, understand their needs, convincing them of the benefits of participating at Trade Exhibition.

 Candidate must have experience of outside sales.

 Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them.

 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

 Meet with reps one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets. [Weekly].

 Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
