Key Responsibilities -

- Presentation of Projects to prospective buyers/channel partners

- Track, manage and follow up on enquiries

- Schedule meetings with Clients / Channel Partners

- Sale of our Projects

- Help with Sales and Marketing strategy

- Develop communication channels for our Projects

- Manage Customer / channel partner database

Requirements -

- Experience in Real Estate field in Sales Department

- Knowledge of Ahmedabad Real Estate Market

- Strong sales, negotiation and inter personal skills

- Fluency in English (speaking/writing) and Gujarati (speaking)

- Knowledge of Social Media Promotions, MS office is a must
