Job Description

✓ Prior experience of at least 5 - 8 years into Sales of IT Staffing / MSP / RPO

✓ Someone who is passionate for achieving annual sales targets, building relationships and

understanding customer trends

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Should have prior exp of Business Development / Sales in IT Staffing.

✓ Willing to travel - client locations on need basis.

✓ Should have IT talent deployment exposure.

✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✓ Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.

✓ Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments

✓ Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to

clients

✓ Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives

✓ Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to

implement growth plans and sales activities

✓ Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target

levels.

✓ Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key

customers

✓ Leadership Skills: Sales Manager (IT Staffing) should be a go getter and take responsibilities to

successfully add new logos to the organization, coordinating with internal team, resources,

and following policies effectively, so strong leadership skills are vital to this position

✓ Time Management: Sales Manager (IT Staffing) works on various tasks at once and need to be

self-motivated, as often they are completing these tasks under their own direction. Time

management and the ability to prioritize tasks is vital to ensure goals are met

✓ Problem-Solving Skills: As issues arise within an Organization, Sales Manager (IT Staffing)

should be able to identify them and resolve them quickly and efficiently for the sake of the

business
