Job Description

1. Develop and co-lead to win new large accounts

2. Collaborate with the Sales, Specialty and Servicing leaders/teams to advance client satisfaction, retention, expansion objectives so as to achieve profitability

3. Expand & deep mine business with existing clients and ensure a high level of client relationship management

4. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and potential new product and service opportunities based on which analyse client requirements & offer matching products & risk management solutions.

5. Implement processes and measures for monitoring and maintaining high standards of business conduct consistent with Insurance Brokers’ Code of Business Conduct

6. Market expertise, Leadership focus towards business expansion and amalgamation of Specie and Affinity products

7. Increase exposure towards untapped Specie insurance markets and grow local Specie Insurance Business

8. Create relationships with current RI markets invested in India for obtaining best pricing.

9. Manage liability portfolios of clients and multiple other financial institutions as well.
