Job Description:
Identifying and targeting potential customers who could benefit from the company's billing software solutions.
Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points related to billing processes.
Arranging and conducting product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients to showcase the features and benefits of the billing software.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and customer support.
Collaborating with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and market insights to enhance the billing software.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in billing software solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Any Qualification prefred
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in selling software solutions.
Strong understanding of billing processes and familiarity with billing software solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
