Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Set sales goals and performance metrics for the team; monitor progress and provide feedback.

Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day sales operations and ensure adherence to sales processes and standards.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Business Development:
