Job Description
As a Sales Manager at Vijayshri Packaging, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing strong relationships with our key clients. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, comprehend client requirements, and ensure the utmost level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will spearhead new business development initiatives. Required Skills:
Extensive Experience: Possessing 8 years or more of experience in sales management within a corporate setting is essential. Prior experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from strategic planning to deal closure, is imperative.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.
Flexibility & Mobility: Ability to travel extensively across India as required for client meetings and business development activities is necessary.
