Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Vijayshri Packaging, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing strong relationships with our key clients. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, comprehend client requirements, and ensure the utmost level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will spearhead new business development initiatives. This pivotal role demands exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of sales processes, and the ability to thrive in a corporate environment, with specific expertise in the packaging industry being advantageous. The remuneration (CTC) will be Rs. per month.

Required Skills:

Extensive Experience: Possessing 8 years or more of experience in sales management within a corporate setting is essential. Prior experience in the packaging industry is preferred.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from strategic planning to deal closure, is imperative.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.

Flexibility & Mobility: Ability to travel extensively across India as required for client meetings and business development activities is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and execution of the company's sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Strengthen existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and market analysis.

Sale Performance Optimization:

Maximize sales performance by delivering outstanding customer experiences and incorporating feedback into strategy refinement.

Territory Growth Strategies:

Implement growth strategies tailored to specific territories to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
