Desired Qualification
1. BE / Diploma in Automobile Engineering with MBA in Marketing.
2. Good Business communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems, and process.
4. High leadership skills in leading a team of Sales personnel with a focus on end results and establish a long-term relationship with customers.
5. Experience. More than ten years of post-qualification experience of which at least 5 years should be in Sales Manager or above position in Corporates engaged in Manufacture and sale of Bycycles or consumer non-durable product segment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan to Achieve the business goals and revenue targets set by the company.
2. Set the organisation and team members to achieve the goals and targets.
3. Set detailed performance objectives to the Team members and provide necessary support and guidance to achieve the same.
4. Ensure daily monitoring of sales team carrying out the desired the sales activities.
5. Set the desired digital and other marketing activities and precise follow up of timely carrying out of such activities. Impact analysis of such activities and take suitable course corrections on time.
6. Ensure strong relationships with dealers, dealer level sales activations, implement schemes etc .
7. Ensure generating required volume of quality leads by working closely with the digital marketing team,
8. Monitor and ensure effective process in conversion of leads to sales.
9. Do competition mapping and take lead in developing new products competing both technical and commercial and stay ahead of competition.
10. Put in place structures and systems to obtain a desired revenue growth and profitability using the product market matrices.
