Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and managing office interior design and project management projects. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business development, managing a sales team, and building long-term relationships with key clients in the corporate, commercial, and office sectors. This role requires a combination of strategic sales leadership, industry expertise, and excellent relationship management to position the company as a leader in the office interior design and fit-out space.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the office interior design, fit-out, and project management sectors.

o Identify key market segments, build strategies to target decision-makers (facilities managers, architects, business owners, etc.), and position the companys offerings effectively.

o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continually refine sales tactics and capitalize on opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management:

o Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, aligned with sales goals, and continuously improving their sales skills.

o Set clear sales targets, track performance, and provide coaching and support to help the team meet or exceed quotas.

o Conduct regular performance reviews and sales training to ensure the team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.

3. Business Development & Client Acquisition:

o Oversee lead generation and business development efforts, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.

o Identify and secure new business opportunities for office interior design and project management services, working to expand the client base in target markets.
