*Job Title: Sales Manager (SM)*

*Responsibilities:*

- Achieve minimum 85% sales target (target-based job)

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team

- Direct-to-Customer (D2C) sales, no product stocking

- Meet sales targets through individual and team efforts

- Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth

*Qualifications:*

- Graduation is a must

- Upto 5 years of sales experience

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Self-motivated and results-driven individual

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
