Looking someone who is having experience in selling the pharmaceutical machineries to manufacturers not to doctors or any laboratories.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research about Pharma Manufacturing companies and customer segmentation.
(including competitor research).
2. Day 2 Day prospecting for clients in customer segments and developing new
prospecting strategies in order to achieve quarterly Pre-Sales KRA’s.
3. Lead generation using an insider sales approach for manufacturing organizations
with a focus on Pharma industries.
4. Propose solutions to prospective clients, and set up next-level meetings in the
Manufacturing Plant.
5. Establishing application feasibility through conducting product demonstrations and trials.
6. Techno-Commercial Solutioning of the System.
7. Commercial Negotiations and Closure according to Quarterly Quota.
8. CRM Management.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Worked as a Sales Engineer/Manager in Pharmaceuticals customers and Pharma
machine Manufacturer. Preferred candidates with Computer Vision software sales, and
solution sales experience with a Value-based approach.
2. Hands-on experience with sales tools is mandatory. (Example: Zoho, Salesforce).
3. Machine-Vision Sales Experience along with Industry , ERP.
4. Knowledge of basic pharma manufacturing processes and Industrial automation is
mandatory.
5. Operated in major industrial hubs of India - Bangalore, Chennai, NCR, Pune, and
Gujarat.
6. B-tech.( Electronics/instrumentation,/Electrical/any etc).
Experience:
1. 5-8 years in Sales Engineer roles.
2. Vision Sales/Camera Sales.
