JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Sales Manager you will play a key role in

driving our company's sales growth and success. This position requires a dedicated and seasoned

professional with a proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and

motivation to ensure the team's success.

 On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment.

 Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client

relationships to expand the company's customer base.

 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

 Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management

team.

 Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings

and marketing strategies.

 Ensure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of

customer satisfaction.

 Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the company at the

forefront of the market.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a track record of progressively increasing

responsibilities and sales achievements.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors.

• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Results-oriented mind set and a strong drive to achieve targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
