Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the interior fitouts or construction industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and design presentation abilities.

- Proficiency in interior design principles, spatial planning, and design software.
