The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our food factory ownership and play a key role in driving our mission to transform the Indian food industry and contribute to our vision of feeding the world healthily.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Team Management: Utilize leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).
Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategic discussions with the Managing Director.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Digital Sales Expertise: Leverage digital systems and sales options to enhance the efficiency of sales processes and stay updated on emerging trends in digital sales
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team. Knowledge of digital systems and proficiency in leveraging digital sales options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reporting Structure: The Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director.
