Job Title: Sales Manager & Sales Executive Real Estate

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager & Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales to join our team in Gurgaon. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective Sales management, building and nurturing relationships with clients , and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market in Gurgaon and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with clients and achieve sales targets.

Promote and sell companys real estate projects to prospective buyers.

Conduct regular follow-ups with of leads and close deals.

Assist in organizing site visits of prospective clients, ensuring a smooth experience and providing all necessary project information.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for enhancing and driving sales.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to offer insights and optimize sales strategies.

Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze results to improve sales.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any Bachelors degree

1-2 years of experience in sales in the real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market and local property trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office.
