Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to drive performance through coaching, training, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative team culture.
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Management:
Set clear sales goals and KPIs for team members, track progress, and provide regular performance feedback. Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and celebrate achievements.
Coaching & Training:
Provide ongoing training and development to team members, including onboarding for new hires. Coach sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Sales Process Optimization:
Ensure that sales processes are streamlined and effective. Work closely with the team to identify challenges, propose solutions, and enhance sales workflows.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor individual and team performance metrics, sales activity, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports for upper management, analyzing trends and performance data to refine sales strategies.
