Plan & Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Ensure coverage of Projects Assigned
Prepare plan for the month and follow it.
Visit markets in the area assigned as per plan
Identify new markets & Sales Prospecting
Update self on projects and their USPs
Have knowledge of various projects, and schemes as well as capture competitor’s information and communicate to the management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Reach customer through social media
Conduct Market research for the range of products and analyze report
Ensure Booking from customers and ensure unit availability
Ensure Site visit and visit of prospects to the sites and sample units
Ensure the collection of payments from customers
Track outstanding of the customers
Ensure that the booking of the units is updated to the superior
Coordinate with construction, architecture and accounts team
Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.
