The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new
opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use
their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with
both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximise revenue
generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social
media, and marketing campaigns.
• Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their
concerns.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal
teams.
• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term
wealth retention.
• Meet and advise clients on real estate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI
generation.
• Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line
with company policies.
